Hosted by Torbreck's Chief Winemaker Ian Hongell, enjoy a delicious menu from the Supernormal team,  showcasing the new 2023 vintages of Les Amis and RunRig, alongside other premium Torbreck Wines.

Hosted by winemaker Scott McDonald, this intimate wine dinner features a four-course menu expertly paired with six Torbreck wines. Throughout the evening, Scott will share the stories, craftsmanship and winemaking philosophy behind each pour, offering a unique insight into the wines and the region they call home. Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or simply enjoy great food and wine in good company, this is an evening not to be missed.

For one night,Torbreck takes over the tables at Jana Restaurant, Newcastle.  From the first swirl, it’s all lifted dark fruit, savoury spice and that unmistakable Barossa depth... the kind that settles in and stays awhile.

Join Torbreck's Chief Winemaker at The iconic Prairie Hotel for a night shaped by Fire & Ferment This exclusive dinner is a 7 course degustation, each dish shaped by fire - charred, smoked and slow-cooked -  with subtle fermented elements woven throughout. The experience unfolds slowly — built on fire, shaped by time, and grounded in storytelling. Saturday Aug 1st $175 per person

Hosted at our Hillside vineyard, this small-group experience invites you to explore the treasures of this historic estate - the 1850's old-vine Shiraz vineyards,  and the heritage listed Springbett's Winery. Get up close with some of the region’s most significant old-vine plantings as we share the stories behind them: how they came to be, why they matter, and what it takes to keep them thriving today. Along the way, you’ll discover the balance between tradition and innovation, and how careful, modern vineyard practices help preserve vines that have stood for generations. Complete your tour with a hosted tasting of selected wines from the estate, including RunRig.
