Paddock to Plate has sourced the majority of the menu directly from the land around it, drawing on Lyndoch producers, Hutton Vale Farm, Gumshire, The Dairyman, La Dame’s award-winning aged goats’ cheese, and honeycomb from a local Barossa beekeeper.
