Join us for an afternoon dedicated to the rich, bold and generous flavours of Torbreck Wines and EVRA Restaurant. The day will begin in the neighbouring Piazza with a welcome pour, soaking up the atmosphere with Freshly Shucked Oysters and an introduction into Torbreck, before moving inside to our farm-to-table restaurant for a free flowing long-lunch. The menu will showcase the very best seasonal produce, sourced directly from local farmers and producers, prepared to complement the depth and character of Torbreck’s iconic wines. Expect impressive large-format bottles pouring freely and dishes served in the same spirit – think grand share plates, slow-roasted meats, and perfectly cooked large cuts of steak served alongside freshly picked sides from our rooftop garden right here, in Newstead. With the expertise of Greg McGill and Scott McDonald the Torbreck wine maker himself guiding the experience, each course will be thoughtfully paired to bring out the very best in both the food and wine. This is a long lunch designed to be savoured – relaxed, generous and full of flavour.
Join us at Torbreck’s historic Hillside Vineyard for a long-table celebration of bold flavours and big bottles.
