Our smart, airy, open spaced tasting room complements the original 1850s settler’s cottage cellar door, with subtle colour tones and earthy textures of timber, glass, stone and render.
The cellar door is a testament to the century-old skills of local craftspeople: Barossa architects, builders, carpenters and stonemasons who collaborated to create the sleek contemporary lines and generous space. The welcome you receive is also local, warm and personal from Manager Leonie Williams and her team. Together they will help you understand and enjoy the Torbreck story.
The Torbreck current vintage range is available for tasting at the cellar door, with the exception of The Laird – although always ask if a bottle happens to be open. For Clan members and groups with a special wine interest, you can arrange a personalised tasting in our private 'Clan' room with one of our qualified Cellar Door staff. Enjoy a flight of red and white wines from the Torbreck current vintage range, whilst staff explain the history and winemaking style of Torbreck Vintners, plus the soils and viticulture of the Barossa. Subject to availability, one of our esteemed Winemakers or Viticulturists may join the tasting.
