Maison Bâtard presents, an evening with Torbreck Vintners, and welcomes Chief Winemaker Ian Hongell for an immersive wine dinner on Thursday 7 May, in Le Salon. Grounded in the Barossa’s deep winemaking heritage, Torbreck’s approach is defined by provenance, patience and an unwavering commitment to Rhône varietals. Sourced from some of the region’s oldest vines, with plantings dating back to the 1840s. Each wine reflects both the richness of the land, craftsmanship and heritage. Guests will be guided through a considered selection of wines across the evening, paired with a bespoke menu by Executive Chef Adam Sanderson, created with seasonal produce to compliment each pour.
