On this privately hosted experience, learn about Torbreck ’s commitment traditional Barossa winemaking, and gain an understanding of our barrel maturation and blending processes while sampling wine directly from the barrel in Torbreck's winery barrel hall.

Join us for a special evening at George’s on Waymouth as we welcome Torbreck Chief Winemaker, Ian Hongell. Enjoy a five course menu showcasing SA produce paired by Cameron Coutts with an outstanding selection from the Torbreck portfolio, featuring nine wines plus a fortified wine to finish.
