The Marryatville Hotel’s Trilogy Series is three evenings in 2026, each one bringing a landmark winery to the table alongside a menu crafted to match the character of their wines. Adelaide Hills. McLaren Vale. The Barossa.  Paddock to Plate has sourced the majority of the menu directly from the land around it, drawing on Lyndoch producers, Hutton Vale Farm, Gumshire, The Dairyman, La Dame’s award-winning aged goats’ cheese, and honeycomb from a local Barossa beekeeper.
