The Torbreck Immersion
A full-day private experience over two sessions offering a deeper connection to our vineyards, our wines, and the people behind them.
Your journey begins at Hillside Vineyard in Lyndoch, home to Torbreck’s oldest vines and the heritage-listed Hillside Winery — a jewel of Barossa history and the source of some of our most iconic wines. Here, you’ll be guided through the vineyard and historic site during a relaxed morning session, gaining insight into the unique terroir and the viticultural practices that shape our wines.
Later in the day, guests are invited to meet at Torbreck Cellar Door in Marananga (a 20 minute scenic drive from Hillside) where the experience continues with an immersive tasting drawn directly from barrel.
You’ll explore the nuances of winemaking and learn the secrets behind blending Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro barrels into The Steading — our classic Barossa GSM — in our winery's barrel hall.
The day concludes with a private, seated tasting at the cellar door, showcasing a curated selection of our flagship wines.
This experience is ideal for collectors, enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a deeper appreciation of Barossa Shiraz and the philosophy that guides Torbreck.
